Any use of materials on this site, including reproduction for purposes, modification, distribution, or republication, without prior written permission of the company is strictly prohibited.
You place an order with Hummingbird Group by email. Hummingbird Group reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation, unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by Hummingbird Group at the time of successful transmission of the order, and you will thereafter be unable to cancel the order to the extent permitted by law. Orders are deemed accepted by Hummingbird Group upon Hummingbird Group acknowledging such order or failing to reject such order within 14 days. We only accept orders from New Zealand.
All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars. The price you pay will be inclued GST (Goods and Service Tax). The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed, and is exclusive of installation and maintenance.
Full payment is required before delivery. You must pay for your products purchased on the order at the time of placing an order. We accept bank transfers and cheques.
We offer NZ national wide delivery. The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address. The delivery address must be an address within New Zealand and cannot be a freight forwarding location. On receipt of your order, your order will be dispatched to you to your specified delivery address generally within 10 business days of the date you placed your Order. You will be required to be available in person to accept all deliveries. If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address you must let the Customer Team know at or before 2:00pm on the date you place the Order.
Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you when your order is received by the Courier Company.

Our products are recommended strictly for the use of aged 16+ Years and over, any items which have been tampered with or physically dismantled (battery box, electronics and lines) will not be covered by warranty, Hummingbird Group will not be liable for any self inflicted / bodily harm from our products by misuse of our products.
If you allege that a Product was damaged or spoiled prior to it being delivered to you, we may require photographic evidence and/or a sample of the damaged or spoiled Product. If we agree that the Product has been damaged or spoiled, we will credit you the value of the relevant Product.
In addition to the Terms of website use and disclaimer, these terms and conditions ("the Purchase Terms") set out the additional terms and conditions under which you may purchase from Hummingbird Group products appearing on this website. By completing the customer application process and placing orders via email, an agreement exists between you and Hummingbird Group once Hummingbird Group accepts an order. Each accepted order is a separate agreement.
You must complete the customer application process before placing any orders. You warrant that all information and data provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date. You will promptly notify Hummingbird Group if there is any change to this information or data. You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your application name and password, as you are liable if an unauthorised person uses your application name and password.
Hummingbird Group uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery, and in most cases will notify you where a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. However you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and Hummingbird Group may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where Hummingbird Group establishes that it is actually unavailable for delivery. In such cases Hummingbird Group will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product.
Hummingbird Group may vary the prices on this website at any time, and prices are subject to change until you have paid for the products in full.
